Twitter feed on the Homepage is controlled by a widget. Go to Appearance > Widgets, scroll down to 'Twitter Profile' and drag it to the left or right sidebar.
Once you have added the widget to the sidebar, enter a title and link the widget to your account.
If you do not like the appearance of the feed, you can change some of the settings including how many tweets are shown.
